Shipping Methods

Do to the sensitivity of our products, we do not currently offer shipping on all items.We do however offer local transport options throughout London. Any self transported cake is at your own risk and LDE Cafe is not liable, we will however do everything in our power to ensure you leave with a smile on your face! LDE does not recommend clients self transport cakes over 3 tiers tall.LDE is not responsible for any cake once it has left our bakery. However we will always do whatever we can within reason to help with cake emergencies! We use standard shipping for apparel & other orders, excluding weekends, deliveries may take an average of up to 14 days within UK, for international orders it may take longer. 

Payment Policy

Payment can be made by cash, or any major credit or debit card(Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover,Cashapp, PayPal, Zelle, etc..)

If you cancel your order, your balance payment may be used as a credit for future orders provided by LDE Cafe if notified at least 5 business day prior to event. There is no payment refund on orders cancelled within 5 business days of event.
 

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery fees are calculated by distance travel and setup time. Any delivery that totals more than 5 hours is subject to an additional fee to cover travel expenses + food & lodging for our staff! We are located in London England.
